Installation:

Return After Assembly:
Please note that returns will not be accepted after assembly. The return period is 10 days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges associated with the return, meaning the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, if the customer installs a product without informing the company, the return will not be accepted.
**Nominal Assembly Charges**: For other cities, assembly services are available for a nominal fee ranging from INR 350-850, payable directly to the assembly person after the service.
**Comprehensive Package**: All tools, accessories, and instructions required for assembly are included in the package.
**Timely Service**: Our service partner will visit your location within 72 business hours from the delivery of the product to complete the assembly.

Lifetime Termite Resistance Warranty:
At Grag Furniture we pride ourselves on the durability and quality of our product. We offer a lifetime termite resistance warranty on all our furniture. This warranty ensures peace of mind, knowing your investment is protected against termite damage.
However, there are a few important considerations to keep in mind:

Exclusions due to Environmental factors:

Moisture-Related Issues: Garg Furniture is not responsible if termites occur due to moisture from a poor drainage system in your home.

Leaky pipes: Termite damage caused by leaks from pipes will not be covered under the warranty.

Inadequate Ventilation: If termites infest your furniture due to insufficient ventilation, this will not be covered.

Proximity to walls or buildings: Termite damage from furniture placed in direct contact with walls or buildings is not covered.

Compliance with care Instructions:

The warranty is valid only if the company’s care instructions are strictly followed. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will void the warranty.

Outdoor Furniture:

Any furniture placed in the garden or outdoor areas is excluded from the termite resistance warranty.

All tools and hardware are provided in the box. In case of any difficulty kindly contact the seller, GARG FURNITURE. They will provide free installation. In case a carpenter service is not available at your pin code, kindly arrange a local carpenter on your side, and GARG FURNITURE will bear the charges.
