Hassle-Free Resolution Guarantee:

• If you encounter an issue after delivery, like a damaged product, our skilled carpenter or team member will promptly visit your location to inspect and ensure everything is perfect. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Product Repair/Exchange:

• If the product is repairable, the repair can be carried out on-site. If it is not repairable, only the damaged part of the product will be exchanged. It won’t be necessary to replace or exchange the entire product.

Exchanges:

• Prepaid orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours.

Garg Furniture offers a lifetime warranty against wood termite resistance, ensuring long-term protection and peace of mind.

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects in the materials used. During this period, Garg Furniture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component, or replace the entire product if found to be defective in material or workmanship.

Exclusions for Fabrics and Leathers

Fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers, if used, are not covered by the above warranty unless explicitly mentioned. Please refer to the care instructions to maximize the life of these materials.

Characteristics of Solid Wood

Over time, solid wood may develop minor cracks, known as “checks” in the timber industry. These checks are not faults or defects but are characteristic of solid wood. This natural phenomenon does not affect the longevity or performance of the furniture.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from the usage of the product beyond its intended use or natural wear and tear. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the products after purchase are not recommended and will void the entire warranty.

Fragility of Mirror and Glass Components

Products with mirrors or glass, such as photo frames and kitchen cabinets with glass doors, are very fragile. While we take extra care in packing these items, their fragile nature means they are still prone to breakage during transit. Such breakage or damage is not covered under our warranty.
